Ashoka Singapore opened its doors in 2011 with the mission of serving changemakers throughout Asia. As Asia experiences rapid economic growth and regional integration, social entrepreneurs are creating new and better ways to address fundamental human needs such as affordable housing and health care. Ashoka Singapore is a regional hub supporting Ashoka's Fellows and programs in Asia. As Ashoka Fellows tackle issues ranging from rural education in Thailand to child trafficking in India, they often need help scaling their successful models across the region and world. Ashoka Singapore helps Ashoka Fellows reach their goals by directing funding and services to them, drawing attention to their work and connecting them with valuable partners. In Singapore, we are working with people of all ages and backgrounds to explore and realize their potential as changemakers for Asia.
